COURSE MISSION
With a view to deflation of the litigation in courtrooms, arbitration represents a further alternative to settlement of disputes. There is a need to employ highly skilled professionals. Given an already acquired training in the different clinical specialties and the related medico-legal aspects, the course allows you to deepen the peculiarities of the arbitration institute in order to appropriately address the delicate task in private judgment.
The course aims to define the peculiarities of the figure of the arbitrator and the institution of arbitration in general and in particular, referring it to health disputes. The presence of legislative projects aimed at enhancing health arbitration opens new professional opportunities.
